We are based in North London - but don’t worry, we cover all areas of the city! Due to our size, we are in the unique position to be able to offer you a personalised service. Simply put, you will have a direct line of contact by phone and/or email to your tradesmen through Sean and, for any administrative queries, to Dan.

Punctuality & Cleanliness

We are acutely aware that having work carried out in your home or office can be a stressful experience. We do our best to minimise this by always being punctual and by tidying our work areas at the end of each day, with a thorough clean when the job is completed

No Hidden Extras

There will be no hidden extras. If, as can sometimes arise, we notice an unforeseen ‘extra’ you will be informed and your permission will be sought before we proceed with the work. This makes sure that you are aware of, and in control of, costs at all times.

Insurance

We are fully insured and you will receive a copy of our insurance details with every quote. We are also registered with FENSA and members of the GGFI scheme (Please see www.fensa.co.uk & www.ggf.co.uk for full details) thus giving you additional protection and peace of mind.

Our Price Offer

We are confident that our prices are extremely competitive for the quality service we offer. If, however, you can show us a written quotation from another contractor, offering the exact same services and level of professionalism and protection that we do (i.e. this quotation must be from a company registered in England and Wales who is a member of FENSA and the GGF or equivalent) for a price that is lower than ours, we will do our best to match this quote and, if we can match it, we’ll even give you a further reduction!
