About us

We are based in Islington, North London and we specialise in all aspects of timber framed sash window work. We offer a comprehensive service which includes painting as standard (with all new window installations or existing window refurbishments) so you don’t have to deal with different contractors for different areas of the work process. In other words, we take full responsibility for the job as a whole giving you peace of mind! Customer service is very important to us and we welcome any feedback you may have.

Insurance

We are fully insured and you will receive a copy of our insurance details with every quote. We are also registered with FENSA and are members of the GGFI insurance backed guarantee scheme (Please see www.fensa.co.uk & www.ggfi.org.uk for full details) giving you additional protection and peace of mind.

No Hidden Extras

There will be no hidden extras. If any unforeseen extra work arises that has not been uncovered during our survey, you will be informed and your permission will be sought before we proceed, so that you are aware of costs at all times.

Punctuality & Cleanliness

We are acutely aware that having work carried out in your home or office can be a stressful experience. We do our best to minimise this by always being punctual and by tidying our work areas at the end of each day, with a thorough clean when the job is completed. We erect plastic dust barriers in front of each window we are working on to minimise the spread of dust into your rooms (please see photos on the right of this page). All rooms we work in will be vacuumed before we finish for the evening.
